Kristen leads pharma omnichannel strategy for IQVIA Digital Enablement CoE, helping brands leverage NPI-level online behavioral data to improve targeting and personalization of customer engagements. She has 20 years of experience leading omnichannel engagement strategy within pharma, including 8 commercial launches, and driving innovative promotion that delivered positive ROIs, with brands at Bayer, Merck and Schering. As a pharmacist, she began in Medical Affairs and is passionate about working across therapy areas, and improving healthcare overall.  Her experience led her to be part of a select commercial model transformation team at Bayer, driving agile ways of working with collaborative cross-functional teams, and using data to derive content strategy for microsegments.

With over 10 years of media experience, Mike has been a unique driver of modernization in healthcare communications, bringing accessible and powerful advertising technology to marketers of all shapes and sizes. He has led some of the industry’s most innovative teams, with a laser focus on powering exceptional brand experiences and better patient outcomes for his clients.

Andrew Lyle

Andrew has over a decade of pharmaceutical / healthcare experience working across digital marketing, commercialization, telemedicine and market access. He specializes in oncology, orphan drugs, rare diseases and specialty biologics. Andrew is currently the Senior Marketing Manager for non-personal digital and media strategy for EGFR lung cancer franchise. For the past 4 years at AstraZeneca, he has applied this experience to the oncology specialty, involved with the launch of multiple blockbuster drugs including IMFINZI, ENHERTU and TAGRISSO.
