Heidi Franklin
Heidi Franklin is the Director of Programs & Partnerships at the Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT). In this role, Heidi leads the development and implementation of 30+ programs with a primary focus on emerging technology and access to capital. With a keen eye for content curation, community development, and a strong background in hospitality, Heidi harnesses her deep roots as a Philadelphia native to elevate the PACT brand across the Tech and Healthcare sectors.
Before joining PACT, Heidi held positions in external affairs in both the private and non-profit sectors. Her previous experience includes member relations at both the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the African American Chamber of Commerce where she developed and managed programming for small businesses and entrepreneurs. During her tenure in Washington DC, Heidi was a lobbyist with a focus on federal contracting, healthcare, and education within Indigenous communities.
Currently, Heidi serves on the Board of Directors of Amplify Philly, Co-Chairs the Alumni of Color Council at The Episcopal Academy, and sits on their DEI Board Committee. Heidi holds a B.S. in Sociology with a minor in Political Science from Florida A&M University. Residing in Center City with her husband Brian, new baby girl Quinn, and Boston Cavalier Olivia, Heidi enjoys running on Kelly Drive, fencing, and exploring remote B&Bs during her leisure travels.
