Lucky Well Incubator General Manager & Beverage Program
Chef Elise is the General Manager of the Lucky Well Incubator, creating the restaurant’s cocktail and bar program while managing the front of house staff, and events. After growing up in South Jersey and achieving a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies at Rowan University, Elise became a private chef and eventually opened her own meal prep and catering business. After three successful years, Elise opted to pursue a career as a full-time chef in Philadelphia where she held positions including Sous Chef at Royal Boucherie, Chef De Partie at Fiorella, Sous Chef at Fork, and most recently Chef de Cuisine. Elise decided to take a step over to front of house, where she previously held positions, including bartender- throughout highschool and college. Elise’s creativity shines in the incubator’s seasonal, modern takes on American cocktail classics, that aim to celebrate the bounty of the Mid-Atlantic the same way her food does.
