Josh Mastromatto is a sustainability-driven entrepreneur with a simple mission: Build something that makes life better. Before Rego, Josh worked in the fintech space and ran local neighborhood clean-ups. Prior to his “professional” career path, Josh was an Arena Football Player and spent time at an Olympic Development Academy for Rugby 7’s.

Terrill Haigler

Terrill Haigler, Founder and President of the “Ya Fav Trashman” brand, is an author, business coach and a verified social media influencer with over 31.7K followers. He is the Founder and Executive Director for YaFav Hauling Service, a company he developed to supplement the city’s sanitation department and to deter illegal dumping. He is also the founder and president of “Trash 2 Treasure” a non-profit organization dedicated to environmental justice.

Terrill has organized 84 clean-up events, mobilized 5,608 volunteers, obtained sponsorship from 32 businesses, and removed 415 tons of trash over the last two years. He has been recognized by the Waste Management Industry for his advocacy and influence by being honored with the rising leader and change maker awards as well as being recognized as one of the 40 under 40 people you should know in the waste industry. He received an invitation to The White House by President Biden, has been a guest on the Kelly Clarkson Show, Good Morning America, Worldwide News with David Muir, interviewed by multiple journalists in the Philadelphia area, Good Morning Austin, and was a co-host on the Today Show, live in New York City. Terrill is currently working on impacting the City of Philadelphia in a bigger way. He plans to host community clean ups and resource days in every part of the city.

Julie Hancher

Julie Hancher is Co-founder and Editor of Green Philly, a digital media publication that connects people to sustainable solutions through our resources and events. Since 2008, Green Philly is the region’s top source for sustainability news and information. In 2016, Hancher created SustainPHL, Philadelphia’s annual sustainability awards and celebrations, which is returning next month on October 20th.
 
Julie is a frequent speaker and sustainability expert. When she’s not behind a computer, you can find Julie hiking, walking her puppy or traveling.

Billy Dufala

Billy Dufala is a Philadelphia based artist/musician engaged in a wide variety of creative discipline. He is a co-founder and Creative Director at RAIR, an artist residency located at Revolution Recovery, a construction and demolition waste recycling facility in northeast Philadelphia, RAIR’s mission is to challenge the perception of waste culture by providing a unique platform for artists at the intersection of art and industry. Billy is also known for his ongoing collaborative work with his brother Steven, as the Dufala Brothers.The brothers create drawings, prints, sculpture, performance, music and design. They are represented by Fliesher Ollman Gallery in Philadelphia and co-teach in the Sculpture Dept at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts.
